Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HxGN EAM and a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing. This role involves managing and optimizing enterprise asset management solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HxGN EAM solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Oversee the implementation of asset management strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HxGN EAM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align asset management processes with business goals.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of HxGN EAM.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and reports that support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all asset management activities.
  • Lead the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for asset management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure the smooth functioning of HxGN EAM.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of asset management systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Provide recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements based on user feedback and technological advancements.
  • Support the continuous improvement of asset management processes through innovative solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of HxGN EAM and its application in Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Have experience in conducting training sessions and developing user documentation.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.

    HxGN EAM Certification Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
