Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AEM support engineering AEM system engineering AEM frontend development and AEM authoring. This role requires expertise in Finance & Accounting as well as Sales & Marketing domains. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AEM components templates and workflows to meet business requirements.Provide technical support for AEM applications ensuring high availability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AEM solutions that align with business goals.Oversee the integration of AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM infrastructure and applications.Optimize AEM performance and scalability to handle increasing user loads.Create and manage AEM authoring environments ensuring a seamless user experience for content authors.Implement AEM frontend solutions that are responsive accessible and user-friendly.Provide training and support to content authors and other stakeholders on AEM functionalities.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in AEM implementations.Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with Finance & Accounting and Sales & Marketing teams to understand their requirements and deliver effective AEM solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend development and authoring.Demonstrate expertise in Finance & Accounting and Sales & Marketing domains.Exhibit proficiency in developing and maintaining AEM components templates and workflows.Show capability in troubleshooting and resolving AEM infrastructure and application issues.Have a solid understanding of integrating AEM with other enterprise systems.Display knowledge of optimizing AEM performance and scalability.Be skilled in creating and managing AEM authoring environments.Have experience in implementing responsive and user-friendly AEM frontend solutions.Be adept at providing training and support to content authors.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in AEM implementations.Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver AEM solutions.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
