Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Database and SQL Tableau Desktop/Creator Tableau Cloud and ANSI SQL. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. The position offers the opportunity to make significant contributions to our projects and drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex database systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Design and implement data models and schemas to support business requirements.Utilize Tableau Desktop/Creator to create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports.Leverage Tableau Cloud to deploy and manage data visualizations for end-users.Write and optimize ANSI SQL queries to extract manipulate and analyze data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and standards.Conduct thorough testing and validation of data solutions to ensure accuracy and quality.Troubleshoot and resolve database and data visualization issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills.Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials for end-users.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Database and SQL with a proven track record of developing and maintaining complex systems.Must have expertise in Tableau Desktop/Creator with the ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.Must have experience with Tableau Cloud including deployment and management of data visualizations.Must have proficiency in ANSI SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.Nice to have experience in data modeling and schema design.Nice to have experience in providing technical guidance and support to team members.Nice to have familiarity with data integrity and security best practices.Nice to have experience in conducting thorough testing and validation of data solutions.
