Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Test Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Advanced HCM Controls and Oracle E-Biz Fin Mgmt-EBiz Tax. Experience in Policy Issuance and Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a day shift with no travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for Oracle Advanced HCM Controls and Oracle E-Biz Fin Mgmt-EBiz Tax applications.
  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Identify document and track defects and issues through to resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on testability.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to enhance testing processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
  • Ensure that all testing activities align with the companys goals and objectives.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Oracle Advanced HCM Controls.
  • Must have expertise in Oracle E-Biz Fin Mgmt-EBiz Tax.
  • Experience in Policy Issuance is a plus.
  • Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Must be proficient in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Must have experience with automated testing tools.
  • Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

    ISTQB Certified Tester Oracle Certified Professional
