Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. Additionally experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using SQL Server Spring Boot and Microservices
  • Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in the areas of Core Java and PL/SQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Life and Annuities Insurance applications
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and adhere to industry standards
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure transparency in project progress
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing

  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL Server Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL
  • Proven experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Experience with agile methodologies and practices
