Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in AEM support system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consulting and analytics. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of AEM-based solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the implementation of AEM components templates and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the AEM team to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain AEM frontend and backend code to ensure seamless user experiences and functionality.
  • Author and manage AEM content to ensure it aligns with business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Implement analytics and reporting solutions to track and measure the effectiveness of AEM implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in all AEM-related activities.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to continuously improve the platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion of AEM projects.

  • Demonstrate experience in IT consulting and analytics to provide valuable insights and solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent English language skills for effective communication and documentation.
  • Show proficiency in integrating AEM with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Have a solid understanding of security and data privacy standards in AEM implementations.
  • Display the ability to mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills.
