Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience specializing in Mendix. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing innovative solutions using the Mendix platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Mendix and the ability to lead a team in a hybrid work model. The position offers a day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of applications using the Mendix platform.Oversee the implementation of best practices in Mendix development.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets project specifications.Ensure the scalability and performance of Mendix applications.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Mendix technology.Participate in the planning and execution of project timelines.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.Document technical specifications and project-related information.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.Demonstrate expertise in Mendix with hands-on experience.Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in coding and debugging.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.Experience in leading a team is highly desirable.Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Strong understanding of software development life cycle.Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
