Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with a strong background in ServiceNow Virtual Agent. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure development and will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems contributing to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent to develop and deploy automated solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with other IT systems.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.Implement security best practices to protect company data and systems.Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the best solutions and services are procured.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure development.Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent.Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Show proficiency in implementing and maintaining security best practices.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.Display a strong understanding of infrastructure design and optimization.Have experience in managing infrastructure projects from start to finish.Be knowledgeable in disaster recovery planning and testing.Show the ability to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
