Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Regulatory Business Analysis Analysis and Design and Business Analysis & Planning within the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of business processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of project documentation including business requirements process flows and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards in all business analysis activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status risks and issues.
  • Support the planning and execution of business analysis activities including resource allocation and timeline management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business solutions with existing systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the business analysis function.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and standards within the Payer domain.
  • Show proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques including process modeling and data analysis.
  • Exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Display a proactive and self-motivated approach to work with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent.
