Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience specializing in UiPath development and data models. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation solutions that enhance business processes and data management.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation workflows that meet business needs.Provide technical expertise in data modeling to ensure accurate and efficient data management and reporting.Oversee the implementation of automation projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and data models to maintain system reliability.Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation solutions and data models.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UiPath and data modeling to continuously improve solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for further automation and process improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation and data management activities.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress challenges and opportunities for improvement.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality automation solutions that drive business growth.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in UiPath development and data modeling.Demonstrate strong technical skills in designing and implementing automation workflows using UiPath.Have a solid understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.
