Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in Automation and Payer domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the overall success of our projects. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies and payer domain expertise.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough testing and validation of automation scripts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation workflows.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Identify and troubleshoot issues in automation processes and implement corrective actions.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies.Document automation processes workflows and best practices for future reference.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the payer domain.Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans for automation solutions.
Qualifications
