We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DevOps Kubernetes and Terraform. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Oversee the deployment monitoring and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Utilize Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Implement security best practices to protect systems and data from potential threats.
- Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency through effective infrastructure management.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our DevOps practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in DevOps practices and tools with a focus on CI/CD pipelines.
- Have extensive experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Show strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
