Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Docker Graphql Kafka Microservices Spring Boot Java and Java 8. Experience in Billing and Revenue Management and Devices is a plus. This hybrid role requires day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions using Graphql Kafka Microservices Spring Boot Java and Java 8.Oversee the development and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the integration of various services and components to create a seamless user experience.Monitor and optimize application performance to meet the companys standards.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software systems.Work closely with the product management team to align technical solutions with business objectives.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Qualifications
