Job Summary
JP ID : UHGOFUHT000014We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OnBase Workflow OnBase Workview and Hyland OnBase. Additionally expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is essential. This role involves analyzing and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare claims processing.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and optimization of OnBase Workflow and Workview processes to enhance operational efficiency.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Hyland OnBase solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Provide expert guidance on Medicare & Medicaid Claims ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to claims processing.Develop and implement strategies to improve the accuracy and speed of claims adjudication.Conduct regular audits of claims processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices and new technologies related to OnBase and claims processing.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on system performance project progress and improvement initiatives.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.Ensure data integrity and security within the OnBase system adhering to industry standards and regulations.Participate in the development and testing of new features and functionalities within the OnBase platform.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the claims processing workflow.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in OnBase Workflow OnBase Workview and Hyland OnBase with proven experience.Demonstrate expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address workflow inefficiencies.Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare claims.Show proficiency in training and mentoring junior team members.
