Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools. This role involves developing implementing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that enhance our companys communication and collaboration capabilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement infrastructure solutions focused on Microsoft Teams to enhance communication and collaboration.Oversee the integration of Microsoft Teams with other collaboration tools to ensure seamless user experience.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams-related issues to maintain high availability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and deliver tailored infrastructure solutions.Monitor and optimize the performance of Microsoft Teams infrastructure to ensure efficient operation.Conduct regular system audits and updates to maintain security and compliance standards.Lead the development of best practices and guidelines for using Microsoft Teams within the organization.Train and mentor team members on the effective use of Microsoft Teams and related tools.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the companys collaboration capabilities.Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of infrastructure services.Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation to ensure business continuity.Provide regular reports on the status and performance of the Microsoft Teams infrastructure.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools.Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure development and support.Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in integrating Microsoft Teams with other collaboration tools.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Have experience in conducting system audits and maintaining security standards.Be capable of developing best practices and guidelines for infrastructure use.Display the ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
Certifications Required
