Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes Terraform and AWS DevOps. Responsibilities
Lead the design implementation and maintenance of scalable and secure infrastructure using Kubernetes Terraform and AWS DevOps.Oversee the automation of deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable software releases.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their growth and development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for infrastructure and deployment.Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring high availability and reliability of services.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure and deployment.Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect company assets and data.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.Conduct regular reviews and audits of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our infrastructure.Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on Kubernetes Terraform and AWS DevOps.Demonstrate strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Bash or similar.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or similar.Have a solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.Display strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.Be familiar with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus Grafana or ELK stack.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.Have experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and practices.Exhibit a strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
