Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in Automation and Payer domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role demands a strong technical background and the ability to contribute effectively to our projects ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with our companys goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical expertise in the Payer domain ensuring that all solutions are compliant with industry standards.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.Participate in the design and architecture of new systems ensuring scalability and performance.Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into projects where applicable.Ensure that all development activities are documented and that documentation is kept up to date.Work closely with QA teams to ensure that all deliverables are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and any issues that arise.Ensure that all solutions are secure and that data privacy is maintained at all times.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in automation with proven experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts.Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain with a deep understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.Have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Show proficiency in designing and architecting scalable and high-performance systems.Exhibit strong mentoring skills with the ability to guide and support junior developers.Stay current with industry trends and technologies continuously improving skills and knowledge.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders ensuring clear and concise information sharing.Maintain a high level of attention to detail ensuring that all development activities are thoroughly documented and tested.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement actively seeking ways to enhance development processes and practices.Ensure that all solutions are secure and that data privacy is maintained at all times.
