Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in UiPath development and data models. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and contribute to our projects by developing and implementing automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data models and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data models that meet project needs.
  • Provide technical expertise in UiPath development and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Oversee the integration of data models with existing systems and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UiPath automation and data models.
  • Maintain documentation for all automation processes and data models.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all development activities.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of automation solutions and data models.
  • Provide training and support to team members on UiPath development and data modeling techniques.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UiPath and data modeling technologies.
  • Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in UiPath development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing data models.
  • Have a strong understanding of automation best practices and industry standards.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hold a relevant certification in UiPath development.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Display the ability to document processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay current with technological advancements in the field.
  • Be capable of providing training and support to team members.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
