Responsibilities
Lead the design implementation and maintenance of scalable DevOps solutions using Python Kubernetes Terraform and AWS DevOps.Oversee the automation of infrastructure provisioning configuration management and application deployment to enhance operational efficiency.Provide expertise in Tech Devices-Detailed design to ensure robust and reliable system architecture.Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve software delivery processes.Monitor and troubleshoot system performance identifying and resolving issues to maintain high availability and reliability.Implement security best practices and compliance measures to safeguard infrastructure and applications.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for DevOps processes tools and configurations.Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Conduct regular performance reviews and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvements in DevOps practices.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Provide technical support and guidance during incident management and root cause analysis.Contribute to the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps engineering with a strong focus on Python Kubernetes Terraform and AWS DevOps.Demonstrate expertise in Tech Devices-Detailed design ensuring detailed and precise system architecture.Exhibit proficiency in English with excellent reading writing and speaking skills.Show a proven track record of automating infrastructure and application deployment processes.Have experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.Demonstrate knowledge of security best practices and compliance measures in a DevOps environment.Possess excellent documentation skills to maintain clear and comprehensive process records.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster a culture of growth and improvement.Demonstrate the ability to conduct performance reviews and capacity planning for optimal resource utilization.Show experience in developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience.
