Job Summary
In this role you will
Support riskbased compliance programs relating to patching and lifecycle of mobile phonesSupport the reporting escalation and timely remediation of issues relating to regarding compliance risk management
Support and implement initiatives with low to moderate risk
Interact with team to support risk oversight and monitoring
Manage and ensure accuracy of data
Establish and maintain effective relationships with various teams

Responsibilities
Job Expectations
support mobile patch lifecycle from release to deployment
collaborate with mobility product owner and communication team related to upcoming patch release and deprecation of iOS and android versions
support removal of end of life of mobile models from the environment
file policy exceptions as needed related to patching of the mobile environment
updateswrites documentation and procedures
creates and maintains issue logs
fully utilizes Kanban to record all work activities
Collaborative Records work in Kanban
Closely work with US teams on delivering day to day tasks
Attend global team meetings and any related partner meetings
Essential Qualifications
5+ years of systems support analysis experience
5+ years of data analysis experience
3+ years of iOS patch release familiarity
3+ years of Android patch release familiarity
3+ years of experience with Iphone and Android hardware models
3+ years of Service Now experience
Strong communication analytical and interpersonal skills are a must
An excellent verbal and written communicator who can adapt to their audience
Selfdirected and goaloriented work style
Identify & Analyze Business Needs Requirements Gathering Creating Documentation for processes where it doesnt exist for consumption
Experience working in Agile Teams and knowledge of Kanban is preferred
