Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in SFDC Identity and Security SFDC Sharing and Visibility SFDC Development and Customization Ncino SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Asset Management Operations and Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.Implement SFDC Identity and Security protocols to ensure data protection.Configure SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to manage user access.Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.Integrate Salesforce with other systems to streamline business processes.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Design and implement solutions using SFDC Development and Customization techniques.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Asset Management Operations.Optimize Salesforce configurations to enhance system performance.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers.Maintain documentation for all development and configuration activities.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in SFDC Identity and Security.Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Sharing and Visibility.Have a solid background in SFDC Development and Customization.Show proficiency in Ncino and SFDC Lightning.Exhibit skills in SFDC Integration and Configuration.Have domain knowledge in Asset Management Operations and Asset and Wealth Management.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.Be detail-oriented and highly organized.Have a proactive approach to learning and development.Be committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
