Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Facets and SQL with a preference for those with domain experience in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals
  • Oversee the technical aspects of product development ensuring the use of Facets and SQL
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the product development team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of products
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions and improvements
  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain product documentation and technical specifications
  • Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Facets and SQL
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on product status
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality products.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Facets and SQL
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in product development
  • Demonstrate domain experience in Payer is a plus
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities
