Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux Basics Cloud Basics and Apache Tomcat Server Admin. This role requires domain knowledge in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and maintenance of Linux-based systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Apache Tomcat Server to ensure seamless operations.Implement and manage cloud-based solutions to enhance the scalability and efficiency of our infrastructure.Collaborate with the Asset Management Operations team to align IT infrastructure with business needs.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain system health and security.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime and service interruptions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the deployment of new applications and services.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT infrastructure management.Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.Lead initiatives to automate routine tasks and processes to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Linux Basics Cloud Basics and Apache Tomcat Server Admin.Demonstrate domain expertise in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management.Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Show proficiency in system performance monitoring and tuning.Exhibit strong documentation and communication skills.Have experience in disaster recovery planning and execution.Be capable of working collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Demonstrate the ability to lead automation initiatives.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have a proactive approach to system maintenance and issue resolution.Possess the ability to train and mentor junior team members.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Exhibit a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in IT infrastructure management.
