Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Python. Additionally experience in Product Management and Industry Essentials is required. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The shift is during the day.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize data effectively.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden insights and inform strategic planning.
  • Utilize Python for data manipulation analysis and automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support product management and industry-specific initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks and validation.
  • Develop and implement data models and algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports.
  • Support the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in data analysis techniques and best practices.

  • Possess strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and inform decisions.
  • Have advanced skills in Python for data manipulation analysis and automation.
  • Hold experience in product management and understanding of industry essentials.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Show excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
  • Display ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model with cross-functional teams.
