Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 11 years of experience in Azure Networking Services Cloud Load Balancing Wireless Networking - Aruba and Switching & Routing HP. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and preferably domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires day shifts and does not involve travel.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Azure Networking Services to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.Implement and maintain Cloud Load Balancing solutions to distribute traffic efficiently across servers.Oversee Wireless NetworkingAruba to provide reliable and secure wireless access for users.Configure and manage Switching & Routing HP to ensure robust network infrastructure.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on network-related matters.Ensure network security by implementing best practices and staying updated with the latest security trends.Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Document network configurations changes and procedures to maintain accurate records.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure network resilience.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring a reliable and secure network infrastructure that supports business operations and enhances customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Azure Networking Services Cloud Load Balancing Wireless NetworkingAruba and Switching & Routing HP.Demonstrate a solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in documenting network configurations and procedures.Have experience in conducting network assessments and audits.Preferably have domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications Required
Aruba Certified Mobility Associate HP Accredited Systems Engineer and CISCO certification.
