Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience in EMC Data Domain and VERITAS NetBackup. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of OMOP FHIR and HL7. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact on our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design implementation and maintenance of backup and recovery solutions using EMC Data Domain and VERITAS NetBackup.
  • Oversee the daily operations of backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for backup and recovery issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data protection strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data backup and recovery.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for backup and recovery processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of backup systems to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Implement and manage disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in data protection and backup solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on backup and recovery best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their backup and recovery needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of backup and recovery processes and procedures.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in EMC Data Domain and VERITAS NetBackup.
  • Have experience in designing and implementing backup and recovery solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving backup and recovery issues.
  • Show knowledge of industry standards and best practices for data protection.
  • Have experience with OMOP FHIR and HL7 is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have experience in a hybrid work model.
  • Possess a strong understanding of disaster recovery planning.
  • Exhibit the ability to provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
