Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Linux Unix AWS Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services and Core Java. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving innovation to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable and robust applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications on AWS to ensure high availability and performance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment.Develop and implement REST Web Services to facilitate seamless integration with other systems.Utilize Linux and Unix systems for application deployment and management.Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and automated testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that positively impact society.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in Linux and Unix systems.Proficiency in AWS for application deployment and management.Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.In-depth knowledge of Spring Core and REST Web Services.Advanced skills in Core Java programming.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to lead and mentor a technical team.Experience with automated testing and code quality practices.Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
