Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Automotive protocols CANoe & CANalyzer and C++. This role offers a hybrid work model and requires no travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining automotive software solutions ensuring high-quality performance and reliability.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automotive software solutions using C++ to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test software components.
  • Utilize CANoe & CANalyzer tools to analyze and debug automotive communication protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and protocols.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of software components to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
  • Document software designs specifications and test plans for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive software development and industry trends.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new software features.
  • Ensure timely delivery of software projects while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Possess a strong understanding of automotive protocols and industry standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise in using CANoe & CANalyzer tools for analysis and debugging.
  • Have extensive experience in C++ programming for automotive applications.
  • Show proficiency in software testing and validation techniques.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Show a track record of successful software development projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
