Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Werum PAS-X and a background in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to drive product excellence and innovation ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards and deliver significant value to our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of Werum PAS-X solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Oversee the configuration and customization of Werum PAS-X to meet specific client requirements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Werum PAS-X to ensure seamless operation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Werum PAS-X with other enterprise systems.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Werum PAS-X processes and configurations.Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Werum PAS-X.Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance.Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Werum PAS-X implementations.Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.Stay updated with the latest developments in Werum PAS-X and related technologies.Provide insights and recommendations to improve product features and functionalities.Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to leverage domain expertise in product development.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in Werum PAS-X with proven implementation experience.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.Have experience in conducting training sessions and providing user support.Display a keen understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.Possess domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting is a plus.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Exhibit strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Stay proactive in learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.Show a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Certifications Required
