Job Summary
As an Infra Dev Specialist you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and ServiceNow ITSM to enhance our IT infrastructure. With 8 to 9 years of experience you will contribute to optimizing our IT services and ensuring seamless operations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow Virtual Agent solutions to improve user interactions and automate routine tasks.Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITSM modules to align with business requirements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective ITSM workflows.Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations customizations and integrations.Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and company policies in all ServiceNow implementations.Conduct regular system audits and health checks to identify and address potential issues.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service management processes.Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications.Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new features.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages the best available technologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and ServiceNow ITSM with proven experience in configuration and customization.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Have a solid understanding of ITIL best practices and their application in IT service management.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.Display the ability to lead and mentor junior team members in ServiceNow development and best practices.Possess experience in conducting system audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Show a commitment to staying updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends.Exhibit strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize system performance.Have experience in coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.Possess excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and project deliverables.
