Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAFE BDD ALM UAF SQL Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Maven and PL/SQL. Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products contributing to the companys mission of delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality software products.Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using tools like Cucumber Jenkins and TestNG.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and business analysts to define and implement quality standards.Utilize SAFE and Scrum methodologies to manage and prioritize testing activities within Agile sprints.Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts using ALM and Jira.Conduct thorough testing of software applications including functional regression and performance testing.Utilize SQL and PL/SQL for database testing and validation to ensure data integrity.Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to align testing with business requirements.Use UAF to ensure that the software architecture meets the required quality standards.Monitor and report on test execution progress defects and overall quality metrics to stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in SAFE BDD ALM UAF SQL Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Maven and PL/SQL.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Have experience in the Telecom domain (nice to have).Show proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
