Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Embeddings Replit IBM Watsonx IBM Mainframe Utilities AWS CodeWhisperer Tabnine GitHub Copilot Prompt Engineering ML Ops Python CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and COBOL. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of advanced technical solutions using Embeddings Replit and IBM Watsonx.Oversee the utilization of IBM Mainframe Utilities to ensure efficient and reliable system operations.Provide expertise in AWS CodeWhisperer Tabnine and GitHub Copilot to enhance code quality and development processes.Drive prompt engineering initiatives to optimize system performance and user experience.Implement ML Ops practices to streamline machine learning workflows and improve model deployment.Develop and maintain Python applications to support various business functions.Utilize CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and COBOL to manage and enhance mainframe applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions.Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all technical projects.Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Embeddings Replit and IBM Watsonx.Demonstrate expertise in IBM Mainframe Utilities and AWS CodeWhisperer.Have hands-on experience with Tabnine GitHub Copilot and Prompt Engineering.Show proficiency in ML Ops and Python development.Be well-versed in CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and COBOL.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Have a proven track record of leading technical projects and delivering successful outcomes.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.Be proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for excellence.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
