Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Foglight and PRTG and it is advantageous if they possess domain skills in Sales and Marketing. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel obligations.

Responsibilities

Tools administration

Experience in PRTG Network Server monitoring tools administration

Experience in Foglight Database performance monitoring tools administration

Good Knowledge on Azure Monitoring

Experience in handling various tools configuration changes

Good knowledge on various alert metrics

Manage access permissions and security measures

CI onboarding offboarding into the monitoring tools

Integrating and Finetuning alerts with ITSM tools

Good scripting experience shell python

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Experience in any of the RBARPA automation tools

Good Understanding of ITSM tools
