Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SOA RDBMS IBM Ace ESB Design Architectural Design & Pattern Security DevOps iPaaS ESQL IBM Integration Bus Java JSON Rest API AIA (App Integration Arch) XML SOAP and PL/SQL. Additionally experience in Acc Mgmt-CRM (Ins-Pens) is mandatory.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex integration solutions using IBM Ace ESB and IBM Integration Bus.
  • Design and implement robust SOA architectures to ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Oversee the development of secure and scalable RDBMS solutions to support business applications.
  • Provide architectural design and pattern expertise to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Implement security best practices to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead DevOps initiatives to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Utilize iPaaS platforms to integrate various applications and services efficiently.
  • Write and optimize ESQL code to enhance data transformation and integration processes.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based applications and services to support business needs.
  • Create and manage JSON and XML data structures for efficient data exchange.
  • Design and implement REST APIs to facilitate communication between systems.
  • Apply AIA principles to ensure effective application integration architecture.
  • Develop SOAP-based web services for reliable and secure data exchange.
  • Write and optimize PL/SQL code for database interactions and data manipulation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet business requirements.
  • Document technical specifications and project plans for reference and future use.
  • Participate in agile development processes to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
