Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Jenkins Scrum .NET ALM UAF Maven UFT and PL/SQL. Experience in the Provider domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our projects.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance process for various projects ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Jenkins Maven and UFT.
  • Provide expertise in .NET and PL/SQL to support development and testing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Utilize ALM and UAF tools to manage and track testing activities and defects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes are followed.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams to improve code quality.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in quality engineering.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the QA process.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Jenkins Scrum .NET ALM UAF Maven UFT and PL/SQL.
  • Have experience in the Provider domain which is a nice to have.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
  • Have a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Be able to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.
