Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of finance and accounting domains and the ability to integrate and optimize Workday solutions to meet business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations solutions to support business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient Workday solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Provide technical expertise in Workday configuration customization and integration to meet specific business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday applications ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.
  • Lead the development of technical documentation including design specifications test plans and user guides.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices incorporating them into existing solutions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage project timelines ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Workday applications adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user satisfaction.

  • Possess a strong background in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in finance and accounting domains with the ability to apply this knowledge to Workday solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient solutions.
  • Show proficiency in technical documentation and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
