Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Shell scripting Linux Unix Life COTS and Oracle. Additionally experience in Billing & Revenue Management is mandatory. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Shell scripting and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of applications running on Linux and Unix platforms.
  • Utilize Life COTS and Oracle to manage and optimize billing and revenue management processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality standards.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing and deployment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts.
  • Implement best practices for software development including version control testing and continuous integration.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

  • Possess a strong background in Java Shell scripting Linux Unix Life COTS and Oracle.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Billing & Revenue Management.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in software development best practices including version control testing and continuous integration.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
