Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EBS-Work in Process EBS-Discrete Manufacturing EBS-Cost Management and EBS-Bill Of Materials. Additionally domain expertise in Hi-Tech Finance & Accounting is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of EBS-Work in Process modules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the integration of EBS-Discrete Manufacturing to enhance production efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on EBS-Cost Management to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage the EBS-Bill Of Materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date product data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EBS solutions with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize system utilization.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend EBS enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EBS-related issues.
  • Document all configurations customizations and processes for future reference.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Possess extensive experience in EBS-Work in Process EBS-Discrete Manufacturing EBS-Cost Management and EBS-Bill Of Materials.
  • Demonstrate domain expertise in Hi-Tech Finance & Accounting.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in system integration and optimization.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
