Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in GITHUB BDD Specflow SQL Cucumber JavaScript Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium and Maven. Experience in Payments or Cards & Payments is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the quality assurance efforts for various projects ensuring high standards are met.Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.Provide expertise in GITHUB BDD Specflow SQL Cucumber JavaScript Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium and Maven.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.Ensure all testing activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and standards.Identify document and track defects and issues through to resolution.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and methodologies.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve testing processes.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and issues.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and methodologies.Ensure the quality of the product meets the companys standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in GITHUB BDD Specflow SQL Cucumber JavaScript Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium and Maven.Have experience in Payments or Cards & Payments is a plus.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools.Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Possess a proactive and self-motivated attitude.Show experience in working in a hybrid work model.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively during the day shift.Ensure no travel is required for this role.Exhibit a strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
Certifications Required
ISTQB Certified Tester Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certifications relevant to QA and testing.
