Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Appworks Entity Modelling and Appworks Entity Rest API along with domain experience in Distribution Analytics and Agent Set-up & Training. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the companys mission of driving innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Appworks Entity Modelling solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and integration of Appworks Entity Rest API to ensure seamless data flow.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster skill development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Distribution Analytics projects.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions.Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.Facilitate training sessions for agents to enhance their understanding and utilization of technical tools.Monitor and analyze system performance providing recommendations for improvements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical operations.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business goals.Utilize Distribution Analytics to derive actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
