Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for the role of Senior Associate with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Appworks Entity Modelling and Appworks Entity Rest API along with domain expertise in Payments and Indexing. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and contribute to impactful projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Appworks Entity Modelling to ensure robust and scalable solutions.Oversee the development and integration of Appworks Entity Rest API to enhance system interoperability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine technical requirements for payments and indexing projects.Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives to deliver high-impact outcomes.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and future enhancements.Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into technical solutions for better user experience.Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
