Sr. Associate, People Analytics

Responsible for designing and developing reports, visualizations & dashboards to support key decision making for talent, including use of sensitive HR data. Conducting data mining and visualization to identify trends and patterns. Presenting actionable people insights, using relevant programming language(s) and technology, to stakeholders across the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing reports, visualizations & dashboards to support key people decision making
• Conducting data mining and visualization to identify trends and patterns
• Responsible for developing executive level powerpoint decks that bring insights to action

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

4 to 6 years of experience.

Data Analytics
BI Dashboards (Tableau, Quicksight, PowerBI, etc.)
Data Integrity
Executive Powerpoint presentations
Storytelling with Data
Attention to detail, Insights to Action, Dashboards/Visualization
High proficiency in SQL
Preferred: Experience in Alteryx, AWS Stack (Athena, Quicksight, S3)

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
