Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience in Java Fullstack development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for designing and implementing robust scalable and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex Java Fullstack applications.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.Implement security and data protection measures.Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the decision-making process.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Java Fullstack development.Should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.Must be proficient in back-end technologies like Java Spring and Hibernate.Should have experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.Must be familiar with version control systems like Git.Should have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.Must be able to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing environments.Should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Should have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Certifications Required
Certified Java Developer AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar.
