Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience in Java Fullstack development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on designing and implementing robust software solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java Fullstack technologies.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices are followed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.Ensure the scalability performance and security of software applications.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into the development process.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Implement automated testing and continuous integration to enhance software reliability.Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the stipulated timelines and budget.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Java Fullstack development including front-end and back-end technologies.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.Have a solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.Show proficiency in using development tools and version control systems.Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus.Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices is desirable.
Certifications Required
Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer or equivalent certification in Java Fullstack development.
