Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in Guidewire tools and accelerators Guidewire Studio Guidewire ContactManager and Guidewire ClaimCenter. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in the insurance domain particularly in Subrogation and Appeals. Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Guidewire solutions ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.Oversee the customization and configuration of Guidewire tools and accelerators to meet business requirements.Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team ensuring best practices are followed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.Ensure the seamless integration of Guidewire ContactManager and ClaimCenter with other systems.Monitor and troubleshoot system performance identifying and resolving issues promptly.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Guidewire technology.Mentor and train junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Participate in project planning and estimation providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical activities.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Guidewire tools and accelerators.Demonstrate expertise in Guidewire Studio ContactManager and ClaimCenter.Have a strong understanding of the insurance domain particularly in Subrogation and Appeals.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in system integration and performance monitoring.Display strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and able to manage time effectively.Stay committed to continuous learning and professional development.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
Certifications Required
Guidewire Certification in Cloud Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus.
