Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Finance Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Cost Management Cost Accounting & Management Project Budgeting Forecasting Collaboration Process Control and Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to our companys financial efficiency and strategic planning.


Responsibilities

  • Lead cost management initiatives to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee cost accounting processes including marginal and standard costing.
  • Provide detailed project budgeting and forecasting to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Implement process control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Capture and analyze business requirements to drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify and address financial discrepancies.
  • Support the development of financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in cost management including marginal and standard costing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in cost accounting and management practices.
  • Exhibit experience in project budgeting and forecasting.
  • Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a strong understanding of process control measures.
  • Display excellent business analysis skills.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent certification.
