Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Finance Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Cost Management Cost Accounting & Management Project Budgeting Forecasting Collaboration Process Control and Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to our companys financial efficiency and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
Lead cost management initiatives to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy.Oversee cost accounting processes including marginal and standard costing.Provide detailed project budgeting and forecasting to support strategic planning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.Implement process control measures to enhance operational efficiency.Capture and analyze business requirements to drive process improvements.Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Conduct variance analysis to identify and address financial discrepancies.Support the development of financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in cost management including marginal and standard costing.Demonstrate proficiency in cost accounting and management practices.Exhibit experience in project budgeting and forecasting.Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Have a strong understanding of process control measures.Display excellent business analysis skills.
Certifications Required
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent certification.
