The Sales Tech Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless user experience and adoption across the sales organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for sales tech stack support, focusing on system administration, user enablement, and process optimization. The position requires expertise in sales technology platforms including Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo, with a strong focus on driving user adoption and solving technical challenges.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Tech Stack Support: Manage day-to-day support of key sales technologies including Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo. Configure and maintain system settings, user permissions, and workflows to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to minimize disruption to sales operations.
- User Support and Enablement: Serve as the first point of contact for sales team members experiencing technical issues or requiring assistance with sales tools. Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practice guides to improve user adoption and efficiency. Provide both reactive support and proactive guidance to prevent common issues.
- System Integration and Data Management: Ensure proper integration and data flow between various sales tools. Maintain data quality standards, manage account hierarchies, and implement data governance protocols. Regularly audit system data to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors.
- Tool Optimization and Automation: Identify opportunities to improve the sales experience through technology. Create suggestions to leverage configuration changes and new features to improve how sales can be more effective. Document and maintain standard operating procedures for all key processes.
- Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into system usage, adoption metrics, and technical issues. Create regular analyses of support tickets to identify common problems and propose systematic solutions. Generate insights to drive continuous improvement of our tech stack.
