Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday. Experience in Advent Geneva is a plus. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. The Sr. Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our HR systems and processes contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday systems.Oversee the integration of HR systems to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday applications.Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system improvements and enhancements.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.Train HR staff on the use of Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday systems.Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.Participate in cross-functional projects to support business objectives.Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR technology.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday.Have experience in system integration and data management.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans.Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity.Be capable of creating and maintaining detailed documentation.Display the ability to train and support HR staff.Have a good understanding of HR processes and regulations.Experience in Advent Geneva is a plus.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model.Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on HR technology.Show a commitment to contributing to the companys success and societal impact.
