Job description:

Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of M365 services, namely; Microsoft
Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Apps /
Power Automate, Co-Pilot and Viva Engage).
Manage and operate the Microsoft Azure platform, infrastructure and cloud
services for the M365 related products that are on-boarded and supported.
Ability to monitor M365 service usage, performance and troubleshoot issues.
Able to analyse errors, including call quality for platforms such as Microsoft
Teams, and define appropriate corrective measures through utilising data
analytics toolsets.
Work collaboratively with other teams, such as Networks, Voice and Multimedia
to resolve incidents and improve stability of the platform and products, whilst
ensuring continuous compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for adherence to internal KPCI and Risk Controls, requiring the
producing and management of monthly KPCI reports as evidence of control
compliance.
Document best practice guides for operating M365 services.
Track record of identifying and implementing process and operational
improvements, including the use of automation enhancements where
applicable.
Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to peers and colleagues from L1 / L2 support
teams, enabling internal upskilling and development.
Able to work both proactively and reactively, driving reliability, stability and
operational excellence.
Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands, including flexibility with
working hours as and when required.
Active participator in incident / problem management processes, acting as an
escalation point for M365 support cases

  • To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product.
  • To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools
  • To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCA/data or logs collection
  • To enable knowledge transfer/trainings through creation/ maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
  • To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests & recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes.
  • To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary.
  • To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progress/challenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
