Overview

The Accounts Payable Sr. Analyst to work closely with Global Accounts payable Director on Vendor Management Activities, Helpdesk activities and Vendor Statement.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Global Supplier onboarding

• Corporate Credit Card Reconciliations

• Participate in functional testing with changes within the ERP

• Helpdesk activities

• Solving complex vendor issues and proactively heading off negative service trends

• Create and maintain process documents

• Flexible to work in various shifts as required by the task at hand

• Availability to travel to TNS Noida location as training/project may require

• Business Projects and other activities as assigned by the management

Qualifications

Main Requirements:

Detail oriented and assertive when dealing with external and internal customers
General Financial / Business Analysis experience - gathering data, understanding business drivers
Experience being proactive and seeking to anticipate customers' needs
Analytical Thinking
Effective problem-solving skills to help identify root cause
Excellent in Excel, Word, and presentation skills
Ability to work with high volume in systematic way
High degree of professional integrity
Ability to work independently

Desired Skills and Abilities:

8+ Years of experience in Accounts payable process
Core knowledge of Supplier onboarding process
Experience with Bank account details changes
Profound knowledge on driving Compliance, Company policies & Business Controls aspects
Proven Process stabilization & improvement experience

Education:

B. Com, BBA, M. Com, CA, MBA (Finance) or CMA
